Late payment interest system

If your electricity bill is not paid by the due date (the 30th day counting from the day after Meter reading date), you will be charged late interest of 10% per year (approximately 0.03% per day) on your electricity bill, depending on the number of days between the day after the due date and the day you make the payment.

However, if you pay your electricity bill by direct debit and the payment is withdrawn after the due date due to our reasons, or if you pay within 10 days from the day after the due date, we will not charge you late interest.
