In addition, the Kyushu Power Outage Information App will promptly notify you of power outage and expected restoration information for your registered area via push notification, so please make use of it.

If the weighing scale has a built-in limiter function, the light will automatically turn back on 10 seconds after the limiter is tripped. However, if you do not reduce the number of electrical devices in use, a power outage will occur again.

A limiter (current limiter) is tripped

Turn A on.
The main cause is excessive electricity usage.
Reduce the number of electrical devices in use and turn the limiter knob to "on."
If you wish to change your contracted ampere, please contact your electricity contract partner (retail electricity supplier).
- Customers on remote islands should apply at their nearest Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Distribution Office.
B The earth leakage breaker is tripped.
- It may break if it is subjected to a shock from lightning or other sources.

Set all C to "Off"
[Step 2]
Push B all the way down, turn it to "OFF", then turn it to "ON".
The switch may get stuck halfway. In that case, lower it until it clicks into place, then lift it up.
- If there is a ★ button, press the button and then raise the knob.
[Step 3]
Turn C on one by one.
- If breaker B is tripped while you are turning it on, turn the breaker C off.
(There is a possibility that the circuit of the C breaker is leaking electricity, so if the breaker is left on, the whole system will lose power again.)
- Repeat step 2 and then turn on all breakers other than the one you turned off in step 01.
(This will allow you to use electricity in all areas except for those that are at risk of electric leakage.)
- Please note that the circuit of the breaker that was turned off in step 01 may have a current leak, so please consult an electrician or maintenance center.

The main causes are excessive use of electricity on a broken circuit or malfunctions of electrical equipment or cords.
Unplug any electrical devices that are in use on the broken circuit from the outlet, then turn the broken breaker on.
If the breaker or earth leakage breaker still trips, the circuit is faulty.
If there is a problem with the circuit (customer equipment), please consult your local electrician or maintenance center.
