- Electricity and gas bills are automatically deducted, making it hassle-free and convenient.
- You can manage your electricity bills using your bankbook, making it convenient to manage your household finances.
- If you register on the member site "My Kyuden", you can check the scheduled transfer date at any time.
Bank transfer date designation service
Customers can specify the date on which their electricity charges will be debited from their accounts.
- Gas charges will be transferred on the 23rd of the following month and cannot be specified.

The date will be rescheduled to your specified date between the 1st and the 30th.

Payment due date transferis recommended!
The payment will be transferred on the payment due date (the 30th day counting from the day after Meter reading date).
- If the date specified for fixed date transfer or payment due date transfer falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
- If the last day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the transfer will occur on the previous business day.
- If you select the 29th or 30th, the transfer date for February will be the last day of the month.
- The transfer date may be set after the payment due date, but if the transfer is possible, no late interest will be charged. If the transfer is not possible, late interest of 10% per year (approximately 0.03% per day) will be charged on the electricity bill depending on the number of days from the day after the payment due date to the payment date.
- This service is not eligible for Bank transfer discount.
- Please note that some financial institutions may not be able to handle this service.
- If the transfer is not possible, we will cancel your direct debit payment and change it to payment by bank transfer slip.
- Depending on the date you specify, the transfer date may be the following month or the month after.
- If you receive electricity at high voltage (6,000 V) or higher and would like to use this service, please call your nearest our office.

Important Notice
- The transfer date may change depending on the circumstances of the financial institution.
- It may take about a month from application to completion of the procedure, so until then you can continue to pay as you normally do, and new applicants can pay by bank transfer slip.
- Even if you pay your electricity bill by direct debit, you will need to complete a separate direct debit procedure for your gas contract.
How to apply for online direct debit payment
If you apply for "direct debit payment" online, you don't need to submit any paperwork or get a delivery seal, so it's easy! What's more, you can apply quickly (in principle, direct debit will start from the next month's payment).

- We may contact you at a later date to confirm the information you have entered.
- If you close the application screen midway through or cancel the procedure, your direct debit application will not be able to be completed.
Applying by mail
If you would like the application form to be mailed to you, please complete the procedure from "Apply to change your payment information." (Select "Mail application form" under "Enter payment information.")
After you apply, we will send you an application form by mail. Once you receive it, please fill in the necessary information, stamp it (with a seal to be used for delivery to the financial institution), and return it to us. (No return postage is required.)
