You can check your current Rate Plan from the "Electricity Usage Notice" that we send to you every month.

If you are unsure of your current contract details, please contact your nearest sales office.

I want to know Rate Plan and unit prices

You can check the overview of various Rate Plan and unit prices (unit price of Base charge, unit price of Power usage charge etc.). Rate Plan for customers who use low-voltage electricity are as follows:

  • For customers who use the product mainly at home, etc.
  • Mainly for customers using in stores, offices, factories, etc.
  • Others (signboard lights, street lights, construction, agricultural use, etc.)

Fuel cost adjustment, remote island universal adjustment, and other systems

You can check the "Fuel Cost Adjustment System" and "Remote Island Universal Service Adjustment System" that adjust your electricity rates every month according to fluctuations in thermal fuel costs (crude oil, liquefied natural gas, and coal).

This is a system whereby when the price of thermal fuel changes, your electricity rates are adjusted each month to quickly reflect those fluctuations.

Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge Rate

You can find out more about the Feed-in Tariff Scheme for Renewable Energy, which began on July 1, 2012.

  • This system requires electric power companies to purchase electricity generated from renewable energy sources at prices and for periods set by the government.
  • In addition, the costs incurred by electric power companies for the purchase will be covered by you as part of your electricity bill, called a "Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge," according to the amount of electricity you use.
