1. The unit price includes the equivalent of consumption tax, etc.
2. If the power factor is greater than 85%, Base charge will be discounted by 5%, and if it is less than 85%, Base charge will be increased by 5%.
3. If your usage is 0kWh, Base charge will be half the price.
