Sentry Garages[1] are enemies in Super Mario Galaxy and its Nintendo Switch port. They are green spring-like robots that release Topminis when approached by Mario or Luigi, and their heads can be used as springboards by the player character. Sentry Garages bear a strong resemblance to Spring Topmen, both in appearance and function. Only one Sentry Garage appears in the game, at the top of the Buoy Base in the Buoy Base Galaxy, where it releases four Topminis from hatches on its sides when Mario or Luigi approaches it. It is unable to be defeated by any means, but it can be stunned by jumping on it or using a spin on it, allowing Mario or Luigi to bounce off it like a spring.
