Floating couches,[1] also referred to as couches[2] and couch elevators,[3] are objects in Super Mario 3D World and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury . They are encountered in Shifty Boo Mansion and Shiftier Boo Mansion only. When stood on, a floating couch starts to slowly fly to its destination, and upon reaching it, the floating couch floats in the air in one spot permanently. Floating couches can be used to obtain Green Stars and a stamp.
