Variant of Blooper

Bloopads,[1] originally known as Jumping Bloopers,[2] Jump Bloopers,[3] Mamae Gessos,[4] or Mame Gessos,[5] are enemies in Super Mario Sunshine . These rare jellyfish-like Bloopers appear only in Ricco Harbor, jumping in groups in and out of the water. When a Bloopad is sprayed by FLUDD or jumped on, it lands on the water and flattens into a platform for about fifteen seconds. In the first five episodes of Ricco Harbor, fishing boats filled with dried-out Bloopers and Bloopads can be found near the beginning of the stage; here, Bloopads are found in colors other than cream, such as white and orange. The Bloopers and Bloopads are replaced by fish in the remaining episodes.

In Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour , the name "Bloopad" appears in the leaderboard in the Sands Classic tournament.
