Jump-over clouds are a type of cloud with eyes in The Overthere in Super Paper Mario . The clouds appear as helpful objects and often act as trampolines. The character Cyrrus resembles a jump-over cloud, since he can be jumped on after given a Red Apple. The player is unable to activate Pixls or other abilities while bouncing on a jump-over cloud. Additionally, enemies and items that land on jump-over clouds do not bounce, instead treating the clouds as solid platforms.

A similar type of cloud known as the Bouncy Cloud appears in New Super Mario Bros. Wii , where Bouncy Clouds are found only in World 2-6 and World 9-8.
