The secret snatcher is a character found on Bulbfish Island in Mario & Luigi: Brothership . He is a short, green Concordian with a mustache who wears a suit. As his name implies, he gathers secret intel on the residents of the island.

Mario and Luigi can meet with the secret snatcher by turning off the streetlights and heading to the northwest tip of Bulbfish Island. In exchange for the Incident Report (a notebook in which Snoutlet wrote down investigation information), the secret snatcher can share information on Chilliam and Burnadette's innocence and the Extension Corps's Glohm ray. Asking the secret snatcher about the security guard's younger brother has him reveal that the brother can be found at the Anglerfish Restaurant. This ultimately allows Mario and Luigi to correctly answer the security guard's quiz and receive the key to the underground area.
