Where to Find Professor Hecat's Assignment 2

Professor Hecat's Assignment 2 can be found in The Astronomy Wing of the Hogwarts Castle. You can. The quest will be right next to the Defense Against the Dark Arts Classroom fast-travel location. Round 3 will become available as soon as you complete Secrets Of The Restricted Section.

To complete this quest, you'll need to enter the classroom. As soon as you do, a cutscene will automatically start when you arrive in the classroom.

Once the cutscene is over, you'll have to talk to Professor Hecat, and she'll teach you how to perform Expelliarmus.
