Finding Focus is an optional Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy and it falls under the umbrella of Natty Onai Relationship Quests. To unlock this quest, complete both the previous Natty Quest, Grief and Vengeance, and the In the Shadow of the Mountain Main Quest.

Finding Focus Side Quest
Completing Finding Focus does not earn you any rewards.
To unlock this quest, complete the Grief and Vengeance Side Quest and the In the Shadow of the Mountain Main Quest. Once both these prerequisites have been satisfied, wait roughly half an in-game day and Natty will send you a letter asking to meet in the Great Hall. Head to the Great Hall and speak to Natty to complete the Finding Focus Side Quest!
To avoid having to wait for this quest to unlock, access your Map and push down the right analog stick (R3 on PlayStation and RS on Xbox) or press the F key on your PC.
