Project Performance Evaluation Reports (PPERs) evaluate the design, implementation, and performance of projects and programs. They are prepared about 3 years after project completion.
Technical Assistance Performance Evaluations evaluate technical assistance projects. Usually, several TAs are covered in the same report.

Core Environment Program and Biodiversity Conservation Corridors Initiative in the Greater Mekong Subregion
This real-time evaluation assessed the performance of the technical assistance (TA) support provided by the Asian Development Bank to the Core Environment Program and Biodiversity Conservation Corridors Initiative in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). The evaluation focused on the first two phases (Phase 1 completed in 2012, and Phase 2 in 2018) of the program and includes the six countries of the GMS: Cambodia, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam, and parts of the People's Republic of China.

ADB provided 500ドル million to support the government’s rural housing scheme (RHS), which had an estimated total investment of 3ドル.05 billion.

Lao People's Democratic Republic: Northern Region Sustainable Livelihoods Through Livestock Development Project (A Joint Evaluation)
This joint project performance evaluation report of the Northern Region Sustainable Livelihoods through Livestock Development Project is the first joint evaluation exercise between the Independent Evaluation Department (IED) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The project has been selected for a joint evaluation as it was jointly financed by IFAD and ADB; along with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.

Indonesia: Coral Reef Rehabilitation and Management Project Phase II
This report presents the findings of an evaluation of Indonesia’s Coral Reef Rehabilitation and Management Project (COREMAP) Phase II. The project aimed to introduce and implement coastal resource management through (i) strengthening the capacity of provincial and district institutions to formulate coral reef management policies and strategies; and (ii) developing community-based resource management by improving monitoring, control, and surveillance, promoting social infrastructure, and supporting microenterprises.

Maldives: Economic Recovery Program
The Economic Recovery Program in Maldives aimed for the recovery and sustainable growth of the economy over the medium term by supporting structural reforms. It sought to create greater fiscal space in the government budget by diversifying the tax base and rationalizing expenditures, improving debt management, and privatizing state-owned enterprises. This evaluation assessed the program successful overall although the sustainability of some outcomes was considered less than likely.

Uzbekistan: Surkhandarya Water Supply and Sanitation Project
The project was designed to improve water supply and sanitation services and improve hygiene through the replacement of aging and deteriorating infrastructure, hygiene promotion, and institutional support.
Overall, the evaluation assessed the project successful. The project has supported sector reforms and resulted in beneficiaries receiving an improved level of water supply service by the provincial suvokova (water utility). Some targets, such as sustained performance benchmarking, are yet to be fully accrued, and sanitation efforts need to be given greater attention at design and implementation.

Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative
This evaluation of the Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative (PSDI), 2007–2017, examines whether the initiative has been successful in improving the enabling business environment of the 14 ADB Pacific developing member countries (DMCs). The program, managed by ADB through its Pacific Liaison and Coordination Office in Sydney, has provided support to Pacific DMC governments in the following areas: access to finance, business law reform, state-owned enterprise (SOE) reforms, public–private partnerships (PPPs), the economic empowerment of women, and competition and consumer protection. These interventions were complemented by analytical work and subprograms on cross-cutting issues. Since 2007, the PSDI has launched 276 subprograms, of which 93 had been completed as of 30 June 2017.

Viet Nam: Central Region Water Resources Project
This report presents the findings of an evaluation of the Central Region Water Resources Project in Viet Nam. The project aimed to introduce a user-oriented service approach to irrigation water management. This is to be undertaken by improving irrigation management systems by establishing financially independent irrigation management companies (IMCs) with user-oriented water services and new style water user groups (WUGs) on the basis of hydraulic boundaries; and improving irrigation infrastructure by rehabilitating and upgrading existing irrigation schemes.
