ADB has approved a new energy policy to support universal access to reliable and affordable energy services, while promoting the low-carbon transition in Asia and the Pacific.
ETM is a scalable, collaborative initiative developed in partnership with ADB's developing member countries that will leverage a market-based approach to accelerate the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy.
