Toad 1

Toad 1 is the first level of Mushroom Hills in Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge . This level introduces Bouncy Mushrooms. Mini Toad is the only Mini that is allowed in the level.

Overview[edit ]

Mini Toad begins at the bottom left of the level, with the amiibo Door in the top right. To reach the door, the player must tap Mini Toad, then once he walks onto the Bouncy Mushroom to his left, tap it to bounce him to a small ledge above. The player should then tap the Bouncy Mushroom behind the ledge to bounce Mini Toad to some steps. After Mini Toad goes up the steps, he lands on another Bouncy Mushroom; the player should tap this one to allow Mini Toad to reach an area on the right with two horizontal Bouncy Mushrooms and one vertical. After Mini Toad walks onto the right horizontal Bouncy Mushroom, the player should tap it and the one directly above it to bounce him up to the amiibo Door so he can enter it, completing the level.

amiibo Tokens[edit ]

The regular amiibo Token is at the end of a narrow passage at the top. The player should follow the route to the amiibo Door, but after Mini Toad bounces off the second horizontal Bouncy Mushroom and lands on another one above and to its right, they should tap it to bounce Mini Toad onto a ledge above with a vertical Bouncy Mushroom. The player should tap it, followed by a horizontal Bouncy Mushroom to its left and a vertical one in the top left corner, to bring Mini Toad to the passage, where he will use his Small Crawl ability to squeeze through and collect the amiibo Token.

The Golden amiibo Token is on top of a Bouncy Mushroom above some spikes in the bottom right. The player should follow the route to the regular amiibo Token, but they must not tap on the horizontal Bouncy Mushroom and instead let Mini Toad fall onto the ledge below. They should then tap the vertical Bouncy Mushroom on this ledge to bounce Mini Toad into the small passage near the bottom. Mini Toad then uses his Small Crawl to move through the passage and collect the amiibo Token.
