Member of Reticulon Army

Quasi Obliterator[1] is the final boss of Solar Striker and the last boss that Mario faces in the game adaptation in the Super Mario Land 4 manga. It is a giant sentient fly head that shoots lightnings. While in the game, Quasi Obliterator is the leader of Reticulon, he is demoted due to Torino Daiō taking that role in the manga.

Quasi Obliterator is hidden behind Xenocrypt's wall, in the core of Reticulon (or, as the game ending suggests, he is the core itself). Mario has no trouble whatsoever in taking him down, but once defeated, Torino Daiō operates a holographic machine that tricks Mario into thinking into having to redo the mission from scratch.
