Puffers[1] are enemies in Yoshi's Story . They are light blue and orange striped, elephant-like creatures with yellow wings, blue tails with a red, heart-shaped end, blue feet with magenta claws, and blue eyes that inhabit Blargg's Boiler, but one also appears in the Magma Castle. Upon sensing a Yoshi, Puffers shoot balls of energy which light up the place. They are a favorite food of the light blue and yellow Yoshis.
