Lava Ghosts[1] are large, long Spark Spooks with gaps in their flames that form haunting facial features. They appear only in the stage Blargg's Boiler in Yoshi's Story , where they are seen leaping out of the lava in a broad arch. Whenever they jump out of the lava, they make an ominous, low-pitched moaning sound.
