Belle
Beauty and the Beast's bookish heroine Belle joined Disney Dreamlight Valley as part of the Enchanted Adventure update. She is initially found in the Beauty and the Beast Realm, but will later move to the Valley once the proper quests are completed. As a resident of Dreamlight Valley, Belle helps Merlin run the Dreamlight Library and lives in Beast's Castle alongside her beloved Beast.
How To Unlock Belle
To unlock Belle, you must head to the Dream Castle and through the door to the Beauty and the Beast Realm. Opening the Beauty and the Beast Realm costs 12,500 Dreamlight. Once in the Beauty and the Beast Realm, you need to complete the following two quests to bring Belle to your Valley:

Belle will be in her house from 5 AM to 9 AM every day.
