Aurora

Aurora, the titular Sleeping Beauty, is a key figure in Disney Dreamlight Valley's Storybook Vale expansion. In Part 1 of the expansion's story, she does not appear, having gone missing with the Vale's other residents unable to remember where she is. However, in Part 2, you can rescue both Aurora and her nemesis Maleficent from strange and mysterious realms and bring the pair to the Vale as Villagers.

How To Unlock Aurora

Unlocking Aurora as a Villager is a multi-step process. She will be the last character that you can unlock in the Storybook Vale. It requires completing every Story Quest in the Vale and solving the mystery behind the spreading ink and the Lorekeeper's waning power.

However, a brief step-by-step outline is also provided below:

• Complete Part 1 of the Storybook Vale's story up through the Quest "A Long-Awaited Invitation." Part 1 involves unlocking Merida, Flynn, and Hades, as well as completing the Fairy Tale Trials and Mythic Trials in Everafter and Mythopia.
• Rescue Maleficent from the Unwritten Realms via the following Quests:
  • A Storm of Stories
  • The Unwritten Realms: Maleficent's Gift
  • The Unwritten Realms: The Spinning Wheel
  • The Unwritten Realms: Maleficent's Demise
• Help Flynn Rider remember more about Aurora's disappearance in "The Missing Princess".
• Enter the tapestry where Aurora has been trapped and free her by completing the various Trials within the following Quests:
  • A Hero of Ink and Paper
  • The Ink-Stained World
    • The Trial of Virtue
    • The Trial of Truth
    • The Trial of Song
• Learn what the Lorekeeper is up to and put a stop to it once and for all in "The Tales that Bind".
• Spend 5,000 Star Coins to place Aurora's House anywhere in the Vale or Valley.
