Hello everyone. I've been tracking and reporting LTAs for a while, I started to use Twinkle to revert crosswiki vandalism and sometimes I am stopped by captchas, global rollback permission would be useful. I've been sysop on itwiki (with some breaks) from 2004, I do some patrolling on my home wiki, I've read the policy. Please be aware that part of my xwiki activity comes from the role as renamer.   No @TenWhile6:, the 2 cases are different and your point is not systematic. Svartava was not refused, Svartava withdrew his application to make the right application:

  • Svartava is involved in the fight against IW vandalism and wanted to receive CAPTCHA exemption for "undo quietly", while Svartava already had a good IW matrix.
  • Civvì has no history of fighting IW vandalism and is asking for a right to get an associated right. It's like someone asking to be sysop to be able to rollback, it doesn't make sense.

  @Eihel Please excuse my inaccuracy, i meant that the request wasn't really rejected, but almost, so Svartava decided to withdraw.

  I think fighting spam and LTAs is also a form of IW vandalism and this let me to support this candidate.
