Enable the dark mode for Grants, Research and Iberocoop namespaces

[edit ]
Latest comment: 12 days ago 1 comment1 person in discussion

Currently the three namespaces aren't getting dark mode and they are one of the very few places that Vector-2022's dark mode isn't enabled from software side per this, list of the pages on the namespaces:

The pages I saw on the namespaces had simply enough structure that automatic dark mode fixes applied everywhere else should fix their issues but some manual fixes from the template editors also might be needed so when I suggested to remove the exceptions I was asked to get community's feedback on whether you also want to enable the dark mode for these namespaces and as I hope we will get rid all of the namespace exceptions of the dark mode entirely someday so just visiting a page won't suddenly make the screen to have light color I wish the community also feels the same way about the change.
