Recently i've been asked to enter CAPTCHA alot when undoing edits (Fighting against vandalism) on wikimedia projects, which affects some of the scripts & tools that i use to fight against vandals like swviewer, TwinkleGlobal, Restorer some other tools (which happened 5-10 times in the last month) furthermore, i am a member of SWMT which requires GR for cross-wiki activities against vandalism and wiki maintenance, thanks -- 🌸 Sakura emad 💖 (talk) 07:06, 15 February 2023 (UTC) [reply ]

• Oppose Oppose. Communication is one of the key issues that I've found problematic with Sakura emad, and communication is key for GR. Granted, I haven't interacted with this user for over a year, but a quick glimpse of their simple talk page indicates otherwise. Interacting with trolls, such as w:simple:User talk:Sakura emad#Trasformismo and w:simple:User talk:Sakura emad#You have to cheat the system to let you To let it let you press it twice? is also a major red flag for me.   @SHB2000 at first looking your oppose (before reading it) i thought "maybe there's something wrong with me and i can make use of their opinion to improve myself", looking at Trasformismo on simplewiki: i reverted their edit(s) (note they were both minors probably kids) explained to them that's not how Wikipedia works; leaving Wikipedia:about so they can understand what are they doing and where are they. also may ways of communication changes accordingly. i must adopt to the situation for example 'who i am dealing with?', 'how old are they' (if necessary), 'how do they behave? are they understanding?', 'are they listening? if yes, i can use my ROLLBACK not just for wikimedia pages but to improve IPS/Users too, so my ways of communication is like this and i don't want to enforce anything but improve things.

  Don't just assume someone is a minor based on their editing habits – we're in a world full of internet trolls who claim to be or meticulously behave younger than they actually are. • Support. I don't get SHB2000's concern - I looked at the link and all I see is the OP responding to (what I guess is someone that committed vandalism). Sure, it's odd, but this one seems harmless to me. After all, the user that committed vandalism may end up realising their mistake and end up positively contributing to the project; isn't that what we want? This user is clearly not a LTA.
