Scholarships in Asia and the Pacific

The ADB-Japan Scholarship Program (JSP) offers about 135 graduate scholarships a year for studies in economics, business and management, science and technology, and other development-related fields.

ADB-Japan Scholarship Program

Since April 1988, with financing from the Government of Japan, we have offered citizens from developing member countries of ADB the opportunity to pursue graduate studies in 25 selected educational institutions across Asia and the Pacific, including 15 in Japan. As a scholar on the program, you will return to your home country after your studies to apply and share your new knowledge and skills to promote socioeconomic development.
