This impact assessment study is a prelude to a review of the Accountability Mechanism (AM) of the Asian Development Bank.

The objectives of this study are to analyze the incremental impacts of the major changes introduced by the 2012 AM Policy and review the experiences of the three ADB developing member countries in dealing with complaints made under this policy.
