In May 2022, the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved the Enhanced Faster Approach to Small Nonsovereign Transactions. Under FAST, the Board authorizes the President to approve qualifying transactions following predefined, Board-approved eligibility criteria.
