The Asian Development Bank–Japan Scholarship Program (ADB–JSP) is focused on building the capacity of developing members to make well-informed decisions and carry out effective socioeconomic reforms.

This annual report summarizes the activities of the ADB–JSP in 2024, during which 99 scholars graduated. The ADB–JSP is an invaluable resource for building the skills and capabilities needed to prosper in the highly interconnected global economy. The ADB–JSP scholars are potential future leaders who are expected to tackle development challenges. The Government of Japan contributed 8ドル.3 million to this program in 2024, higher than the 7ドル.6 million from the previous year. The program continues to foster academic exchange and reaffirm its shared commitment to equip future development leaders with the tools to address urgent and complex global challenges.
