ADB is committed to fostering and maintaining a professional work environment characterized by ADB values and underpinning behaviors that are client centric, trustworthy, and transformational. All staff have a shared responsibility to contribute to a positive environment in the workplace. Managers and supervisors have additional responsibility to promote such a work environment and contribute to the constructive resolution of workplace concerns. The Code of Conduct is designed to embed these principles in the standards of behavior required of staff, and to support the right of staff to work in an environment free from inappropriate behavior and misconduct.
