Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the two offices continued to address complaints from project-affected people, conduct outreach and capacity building programs for stakeholders, and raise awareness and build knowledge on ADB’s operations and projects in developing member countries. This annual report also highlights the activities and initiatives instrumental in building and strengthening ADB’s relationship with different stakeholders over the years. It also takes a peek at the progress of the Accountability Mechanism as it marks its 25th anniversary since being established in 1995.
