The Fast Dash Badge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park is an Action Badge that allows characters to increase their top speed after walking or dashing for a while. Its effects emulate the Super Dash from Super Mario 3D World . As with the P-Meter mechanics in other Super Mario series games, Mario sticks his arms out to the sides while the badge's effects are applied.
The Jet Run Badge provides the same top running speed as the Fast Dash Badge without requiring a long acceleration period. However, the Fast Dash Badge's speed increase is able to combine with the speed increase from being invincible, allowing players to outpace the Jet Run Badge.
The Fast Dash Badge is exclusively obtainable at the hidden Poplin Shop in the Sunbaked Desert, where it is the only badge sold. Due to its exclusivity as a purchasable item, it does not have any associated Badge Challenges like most other Action Badges, nor is it used in The Final-Final Test Badge Marathon. It is also the only Action Badge to not be integrated into a Dual Badge in the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of the game.
