Roadblocks to revenue through partnerships tend to be around foundational support — from a lack of company alignment to a clear partnerships framework. According to The State of Partnerships in GTM 2025, 14% report a lack of visibility into partner impact while 9% suffer a lack of executive support.

With AI adoption at record levels, for B2B SaaS companies, it’s about finding the areas where it can provide the biggest revenue impact. Nearly half of senior leaders are betting on AI’s ability to improve partner and account targeting and management to accelerate partnerships opportunities.
