I need the help of stewards to enable permanent bureaucrat right to Zamwan, as his right was revoked automatically, because he did not enable 2FA right in the time when the 2FA being enforced mandatorily to those with bureaucrat right in June 2026. However, I reminded him about this issue after his right was revoked, and he has then enabled the 2FA and requested the bureaucrat right to be returned to him, see this discussion. Since Malay Wikipedia community has not approved of any removal of this bureaucrat/administrator right, and the only bureaucrat which is CyberTroopers (the only user with active bureaucrat right) did not respond to our ping on the discussion after a period of 1 month, we hope that any stewards here could reinstate Zamwan's bureaucrat as soon as possible since currently there is an ongoing election of another user for permanent adminship on Malay Wikipedia, and we urgently need more help from local bureaucrat to ease the appointment of admin on Malay Wikipedia. The inactivity policies in the current regulation (updated) for admins and bureaucrats: |AdminNonactivity , |BureaucratNonactivity. After i sent a notification to each's discussion page, where I mentioned they had 1 month time to start being active, now after 1 month passed they are still under the minimum required activity.

Hello ! I'm requesting the renewal of full importer rights for Wikimedia Commons. This mission have been approved by the community and I was granted the importer userrights (discussion) for it. This past winter I managed to achieve 98% of the mission (public report on Commons: about 8000 wikipages imported without issues), with the exception of our 2 largest wikipages due to technical limitation : XML exports files of our main forums are too heavy to import. I since realized I can split that XML of a single wikipage into 10 XML files, which should allow me to complete this mission. This request is therefore more an extension or continuation request, rather than a new request.

Greetings! As of today, I am admin of isvwiki.[3] What I didn't immediately realize, however, is that I need additional "importUpload" rights in order to transfer pages and especially page histories from our pre-Incubator wiki at Miraheze,[4] which has been in existence since 2007. After the test wiki in the Incubator was created, several people started copying pages from Miraheze manually, without their pages histories, which obviously was done with the best of intentions but violates copyright nevertheless. To prevent that from happening, I initially asked for a possibility to have the Miraheze files imported into the Incubator, but was advised to wait with the merger until isvwiki would get its own subdomain instead (here) – which is now the case. So, what I am asking for is "importUpload" rights for a short period, I think one month will do. Once it's done, we can finally close the wiki at Miraheze. The license has been the same as Wikipedia's from the very beginning. That was the case in all wikis we used before Interslavic received its ISO 639-3 code, because the idea was that it one day it might evolve into a "real" Wikipedia, which is now the case indeed. The same thing was done for Kotava, Lingua Franca Nova and Toki Pona. I believe it's all written here, but don't ask me about copyrights. I am a linguist, not a lawyer. I'm currently importing a ton of lua modules and templates from the English Wiktionary and translating text strings inside of them, in order to add a lot of functionality that's on other Wiktionaries that this one is currently missing. I'd like to use the import tool so that I don't have to copy and paste ~30 or so data pages for each language related module that's required for a lot of the main templates I'm currently creating. (See some of the modules like languages, which has 99 subpages)
