Tu pourrais me dire que l'ODP est toute puissante sur son projet, qu'elle est libre ou non d'accepter des contributions. Il n'empêche que chaque contributeurs n'a pas de droit sur son travail. Ceci signifie que tout le contenu leur appartient. Quand tu peux tout supprimer, c'est que tout t'appartient. Donc je maintiens que les éditeurs font du « domaine public », mais que ce domaine public est entièrement entre les mains de Netscape AOL.
