Special Containment Procedures: We don't need any Special Containment Procedures. Mr. Wang Shang Yi can live a free and normal life the way he usually does. There's nothing to be ashamed of about being affected by an anomaly. That's what life is about sometimes! Everything will be alright! But it'd be better if everyone could care about him more!
Description: Agent Wang Shang Yi is SCP-ZH-639-1-o, but Shang is a living human. Isn't it very impolite to call other people by a number? That's why we'll still call him by his name to show our love and support!
Shang was caught up in an anomalous incident in 2013, and is now permanently under an anomalous effect in which his face doesn't match his actual emotion. Furthermore, Shang has been in a depression and refuses to be cared for since his niece committed suicide in 2014. This isn't good. Everyone's very worried about you! You'll be able to face it eventually! Apart from that, Shang has also been carrying the responsibility of being a Mobile Task Captain all by himself, but unable to share his sadness with the others. We feel really sorry for him and decided to give Shang all of the love that he deserves.
Shang has been through too much and too many sad things, so everyone has to treat him well!
