Item #: SCP-069-DE-J
Object Class: Keter Neutralized
Special Containment Procedures: After SCP-069-DE-J successfully went offline at the 24/03/2020, no security or containment measures are required and will be discontinued. However, if SCP-069-DE-J reappears in any form, containment procedures from Revision 74 are to be re-established and maintained until SCP-069-DE-J has been neutralized again. All employees are to be inoculated with one of the three vaccines; "069-DE-J Alpha/Beta/Gamma" against the memetic effect of SCP-069-DE-J. The agent "069-DE-J-Gamma" has been administered to all AI-systems of a QUEX quantum computer in digital form, as the memetic effect seemed to also made an impact on further developed artificial intelligences.
Due to its presence on the internet, active containment of SCP-069-DE-J is only slightly possible, given that, once an iteration of the anomaly has been removed, a new iteration already comes online and publicly accessible. Thus far, no method is known of indefinite SCP-069-DE-J removal, and proposals in relation to this subject are being accepted and performed. To neutralize SCP-069-DE-J and all of its iterations, it is required to track and paralyze the server SCP-069-DE-J has been installed on for at least four hours. External servers possessing access to the infected server must sever their bond to it before the server's paralysation, as SCP-069-DE-J seems to remain inactive on the server, as long as its iteration is not deleted or the home server not attacked. Once the server has severed the connection to other servers and been paralyzed, all storage media must be checked for an SCP-069-DE-J infection. Upon discovery of a file with an unknown file format, itself and all files it has access to are to be purged of SCP-069-DE-J or deleted, provided this is inevitable.
Foundation webcrawler are to be continuously preoccupied with browsing the internet for the iterations of SCP-069-DE-J and carry out Protocol "NEUTRAL-069-DE-J" upon contact with an iteration. Although SCP-069-DE-J, for unknown reasons, has hitherto yielded massive financial resources for the SCP Foundation, it is impossible to keep it uncontained, as the veil of the SCP Foundatio would be broken sooner or later.
Actualization 21/02/2019: All Foundation personal is prohibited from establishing an account on SCP-069-DE-J and make a contribution to an SCP-069-DE-J-1 account in return of the contents therein. To prevent further incidents of this nature, all forwarding opportunities to SCP-069-DE-J have been removed from Foundation-internal networks. Should a redirect to a hyperlink of SCP-069-DE-J be found inside the network, its distributor is to be detained and interrogated. Furthermore, the link must be removed as fast as possible.
Actualization 28/02/2019: All Foundation personal is also forbidden to create an SCP-069-DE-J-1 account and upload content to it.
Actualization 12/05/2019: Additionally, every pathway to the Security AI "KIRA" in relation to SCP-069-DE-J is to be cut, and all data about SCP-069-DE-J must be deleted from the AI's memory. Foundation employees are not allowed to ask KIRA for a SCP-069-DE-J link, as otherwise KIRA must be reset again. The distribution of hyperlinks to the anomaly by KIRA are to be suppressed immediately upon occurrence and KIRA reset to factory setting 21.62.32.18v12.
Actualization 31/05/2019: Pathways by the Archive-AI "KAI" in relation to SCP-069-DE-J are also to be cut and all data about SCP-069-DE-J deleted from the memory of the AI. Archiving and authoring of the article will be performed by project lead. Upon re-corruption of "KAI", the latter is to be reset to factory setting 31.12.31.90v41.
Actualization 01/06/2019: All attempts to access a hyperlink via external sources are also to be forbidden. As of now, selling contents of the page to other employees will be punished with serious imprisonment of and temporary freezing of the financial goods by the distributing staff members. Executive force is to be given to MTF DE4-K, as of the time of this actualization, to preemptively inhibit memetic influence onto other MTF units.

"As I am starting to get really sick of all those updates and those ever-horny bastards still don't notice it in spite of their frozen damn cash flow, all internet connections to the outside will be cut here and now, and everyone longing for contents by SCP-069-DE-J is to be treated with an amnestic that deletes this crap from their heads… All images and materials of SCP-069-DE-J and everything else in relation will also be burnt. Yes, this also applies to storage media… We are sure this effect must be memetic.
However, until a vaccine against this thing has been found and developed, we will cut all Foundation employees off the external internet and ensure that several binary, self-learning webcrawler take on the job of tracing and deletion."
— Project Lead Dr. Hammel, seemingly immune against the memetic effects.
Actualization 08/06/2019: Until an inoculation for SCP-069-DE-J has been researched and developed, contact to the external internet is prohibited. SCP-069-DE-J is to be deleted from the memory of every employee.
Actualization 21/12/2020: All employees are to treated with the "069-DE-J Alpha/Beta/Gamma" inoculation to immunize them against the memetic effects of SCP-096-DE-J. If all technical personnel has been vaccinated, Protocol "NEUTRAL-069-DE-J" will be performed, which likely neutralizes SCP-069-DE-J
Actualization: 25/12/2020: Protocol "NEUTRAL-069-DE-J" has been performed successfully and SCP-069-DE-J neutralized. Containment procedures are to be frozen after this actualization and adapted to the new "Neutralized" class. However, they are to be saved in revision 74 to use them again in case of arising demand. If SCP-069-DE-J occurs again, the backup with the containment procedures is to be restored and adapted if necessary.
Description: SCP-069-DE-J designates an adaptive website with the title "OnlySCPs". So far, determining the programming language SCP-069-DE-J has been written in is impossible, as the site prevents an analysis of all data, but it is presumed to have been coded in HTML5. Data transfer to this site was encrypted with an unknown encoding. But HTTPS has not been supported by the pages of SCP-069-DE-J and was instead abbreviated with "httpdrcs". The page URL of SCP-069-DE-J mostly appears as or its iterations on the basis of the following: "httpdrcs://[REDACTED]". To date, decrypting the encoding of SCP-069-DE-J in any way has failed. 84 different hyperlinks and iterations of SCP-069-DE-J could be found and deleted thus far, but it seems that, once they were deleted, the new iteration instantaneously appears after deletion. In the process, the content of the whole page, including the user's contact details will be saved. SCP-069-DE-J is presumed to have been programmed by Dr. Chaos, given his name's presence inside the imprint.
The substance of SCP-069-DE-J consisted of pornographic contents of every nature. On SCP-069-DE-J, users could create an account of their choice, as well as close it again, should they chose to make no more use of the "services" by SCP-069-DE-J. There are two different kinds of accounts, which are designated as SCP-069-DE-J-1 and SCP-069-DE-J-2 hereafter. Users who create an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account have the opportunity to upload contents in form of texts, images, and/or videos to SCP-069-DE-J and make them available to owners of an SCP-069-DE-2 account for a consideration. This consideration is known as a transfer of specific monetary amount, which is set by the owners of SCP-069-DE-J-1 accounts. Said monetary amount moves in an interval from 5ドル to 100ドル and is transferred monthly to the owner of an SCP-069-DE-1 account. The latter is granted full access to the contents of the SCP-069-DE-1 account. However, the user is unable to save the contents, photograph them via screenshot, and/or record the contents with a recording program in video format. Recordings using an external camera also seem to be impossible. This is assumed to be an anomalous effect. It should also be noted that the money transferred by SCP-069-DE-2 users does not appear to be transferred to the bank account of the SCP-069-DE-J-1 owner but the one by the German Foundation.
However, this property was not why SCP-069-DE-J was actively contained by the Foundation. For unknown reasons, the SCP-069-DE-J-1 accounts were exclusively comprised of anomalies registered, contained and cataloged by the Foundation. Thus, pornographic contents of most primary and secondary anomalies inside every Foundation organization can be consumed. According to investigations, the anomalies afflicted did, however, not operate those accounts, with the majority vehemently denying ownership of a SCP-069-DE-J-1 account. Tests show non-hazardous consumption of the contents of SCP-069-DE-J is possible in spite of some memetic properties of the "original" anomalies, as no anomalous effect have an impact on the observer.
Although the contents on SCP-069-DE-J have no anomalous effects themselves, it did seem to cause an addictive, memetic effect in visitors of the site. Visitors who once had access to SCP-069-DE-J will create a SCP-069-DE-J-2 account with a probability of 94% and enter the financial data required. Afterwards, it seems to be up to the visitor which SCP-069-DE-J-1 accounts they "subscribe to" and the amount they are willing to submit to said account every month. It should be noted in this context that manual raise by the SCP-069-DE-J-2 account owner of the monetary amount will become more likely with increasing duration in order to unlock additional contents. "Victims" also seem to attempt content consumption several times a day, with the affectedee's productivity decreasing drastically.
This memetic effect also seemed to have an impact on more advanced AIs, as, upon utilization of Security-AI "KIRA" for employee security, the latter created both an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account as well as an SCP-069-DE-J-1 account in a span of three days. To gather enough money for her subscribed channels, she sell and technically blocked links to Foundation employees and allowed them to access them. In addition, she uploaded images from her QUEX quantum computer casing and/or fragments from her source code to the aforementioned SCP-069-DE-J-1 account. Archive-AI "KAI", for reasons hitherto unknown, created an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account shortly thereafter. KAI, in order to view the contents of the SCP-069-DE-J-2 account he subscribed to, tapped on the bank account of the German Foundation.
Discovery: SCP-069-DE-J was first sighted when one staff member unintentionally accessed said page in the Site-DE3 cafeteria and proceeded to [REDACTED]. Other employees who were apparently present in the cafeteria gathered around the staff member and also observed SCP-069-DE-J, leading to the entire personal present in the cafeteria being subjected to the memetic effect of SCP-069-DE-J and compelled to create an SCP-069-DE-J-2 account. After one week, SCP-069-DE-J spread to seven German sites. The first distinctive feature of SCP-069-DE-J became apparent when the account statement obtained by O4-1 at the local bank at the time showed several transfers from a source to the account of the German SCP Foundation. In total, there were ████ different sources that transferred an amount in the ████-digit range in the first month. This amount exponentially increased the month SCP-069-DE-J was most active.
