Vladimir Hollmann was involved with Nazi scientific research projects.

While it is not impossible, it is somehow funny to me that a guy with a russian first name worked for those guys.

As far as german lore goes, Rass never showed knowledge or ability for engineering as displayed here, he was and still is a man that uses unholy powers such as demons or forbidden magic to get results. I am not sure if we can add this to our 4R-Hub, also for large parts because of the mention of a robot infantry wunderwaffe, it appears kinda over-the-top, at least for me in addition to other lore contradictions.
