This is an original work, currently included on the Facilities Page on EN as well as the page on INT. This definitely counts as an International Collaboration though, I've talked to so many people about this and I welcome contributions from anyone from any branch!
While almost certainly not canon, I hope that this page is a fun way to help visualise where each of the branches are in the world. If you're allowed to use images hosted on other sites on your own branch, I'd recommend that you use the method specified to include this map on your own site, since I don't think this will ever be finished - it's a work in progress! The legend below it will need to be copied over, I kept that separate so that it could be easily rearranged and translated into any language.
Many (but not all) of the images are mine, feel free to update this page with additional Facilities and art (just remember to add licensing information at the bottom of the page). If you're not sure how, just post links to the site/image in the comments and I can add it for you, but I promise that it's not as complicated as it seems as long as you keep track of which of the maps you're actually adding to (since there's the main one and the regional ones).
Feel free to use the component to make a version of this map for your own branch, I'd be very happy to help. It's just a matter of choosing a map, coloring it as appropriate for your branch, then overlaying your branch's sites. It would be cool to have a distinctive aesthetic for the site insignia of each branch, there's no reason to be limited to what already exists!
I hope nobody minds the colors chosen for the world map, it's mostly to show countries where the language of that branch is the official/primary language to be spoken. Similarities are unavoidable, I maximised contrast between adjacent countries without technically reusing any colors. I also added the unofficial branches, mostly just to future proof it.
Actual Maps that I've used (the remaining locations had to be deduced from text):
I think the IT map is better in terms of functionality because it lets you zoom in and scroll around, but I think the style of the EN map is more visually appealing. On the subject of the EN map's style, I think we should add facility descriptions like the EN map.
I think I know what I'm doing later.
This is so awesome! This needs to get a lot of attention! I really want to see more people contribute to this. I hope my contribution boost this page's popularity.
