The cognitohazard at the top of the second page is an Irish folk song titled Óró, sé do bheatha 'bhaile, which is sung to the same tune as What Shall We Do With The Drunken Sailor. The section used is the chorus, which is also the entirety of the original version. The title means Hurrah, welcome home, and It was later turned into an Irish rebel song with the addition of more nationalist verses.
There later came another SCP-262-IE, where the IE is the ISO 639 code for Interlingue, and not the ISO 3166 code for Ireland. I explain more about the reasoning behind its creation in the comments of that article.
