About the tag "ex-kitan-kai-communities": The Ex South Kanto Kitan-Kai Communities (旧南関東奇譚会界隈) are a very minor Group of Interest in the Japanese branch, occupying roughly the same position as Parawatch Wiki in the current SCP-EN. It was originally presented in 2017 by Wanazawawww Wanazawawww .
At one time, there was a small group of horror story enthusiasts called South Kanto Kitan-Kai (南関東奇譚会), who were active mainly on the Japanese-speaking Internet. Their activities were mainly focused on archiving and researching "actual horror experiences". While many of these were unsubstantiated and non-anomalous, the Foundation was concerned about their rapid expansion and very rare information leaks, and through internal sabotage caused Kitan-Kai to decline and disband in 2012.
However, the former members and dedicated fans of Kitan-Kai have separated into several communities and still maintain loose connections on the Internet, continuing their activities under various tentative names ("ex-follower of K-group", "fan of a certain group that used to be in South Kanto", "from the you-know-where", etc). These people are collectively known as Ex South Kanto Kitan-Kai Communities.
I love the Ghost Sign so much. I think about this one every now and then.
I cleaned up some grammar, but noticed after doing so that this link goes to a page that doesn't exist even though it does on the -JP branch: http://scp-int.wikidot.com/thomas-hoan-yabaiwa
