Dog Soju

Dog soju or 개소주(Gaesoju) is a Korean traditional drug. Unlike its name, "soju", which is a type of alcohol, dog soju is not alcohol: rather, its name comes from the distillation process similar to soju.(This means this SCP has nothing to do with the actual dog soju) It is made by steaming a whole dog(pre-slaughtered and shaved, of course.) with various herbs and plants such as dates, chestnuts, and ginger, and distilling the resulting liquid. In traditional Korean medicine, it has been prescribed as a remedy after surgeries or severe injuries to aid in recovery.
However, there are controversies. First, the drug's main side effect is increased blood pressure, making it dangerous for patients with hypertension. Second, the consumption of dogs is a legal grey area. In Korea, there is currently no law that prohibits or allows the consumption of dog meat, which means there are no health regulations. This results in poor sanitary conditions.

Soju

Soju(소주, 燒酒) is a Korean traditional spirit. There are two types of soju: distilled and diluted.
Distilled soju(증류식 소주, 蒸溜式 燒酒) is traditional soju. It is made with rice wine(탁주/濁酒/Takju or 막걸리/Makgulli) or other grain brews. During distillation, the brew(most likely rice wine) is boiled, and the steam is gathered. This is repeated multiple times. The resulting liquid is clear and has a higher alcohol content about 12 to 35%. Traditional Soju is considered premium and high quality. They are one of the rare types of alcohol that can be sold online in Korea, as they are considered a "Traditional product of Korea"
Diluted soju(희석식 소주, 稀釋式 燒酒) is a mass-produced variant. It is made by diluting spirits made with cassava, sweet potatoes, or Jerusalem artichokes with water, mixed with additives such as saccharine. Their alcohol content is usually around 12 to 20 per cent. Diluted soju is considered low-quality and very cheap, making it popular amongst Koreans of all age(well, adults, of course) and gender. They are usually sold in the same green glass bottles about 350ml, for ease of recycling. SCP-112-KO is this type of soju.

Tosa dog

Tosa dog(土佐闘犬, Tosatō Ken) is a Japanese breed of dog. Its name comes from Tosa, Shikoku, where it was made. It is a mixed breed of the Shikoku, Maeda, English bulldog, Mastiff, and other dogs. The Tosa is mainly used for fighting and guarding for its aggressiveness and strength. Consequently, because of their trait, it is considered a dangerous breed in some countires.
