Below is the experiment log of SCP-009-KO. Incidentally discovered peculiarities are also considered experiments for convenience.

SCP-009-KO Experiment Log
Supervisor: Dr. Alberto

Experiment 03/01-009KO

Subject: D-20639 (38 y.o. male)
Content: Injected SCP-009-KO into the bloodstream. Approximately 2 hours post-injection, the subject reported hearing unusual sounds in their head. Upon questioning, the subject described the sounds as organs, stating they need nutrients. Subject's tongue requested a steak for nourishment, but was provided with salad and corn soup instead, which it accepted.

Experiment 03/07-009KO

Subject: 88 D-20639 (38 y.o. male)
Content: Attempted communication with the subject's liver. Subject asked their liver how it was doing. Liver expressed joy over the subject's recent abstinence from alcohol and kindly inquired about any recent stressors.

Experiment 07/04-009KO

Subject: D-33712 (26 y.o. male)
Content: Subject instructed to perform strenuous exercise. Subject performed 19 push-ups but reported that his arm muscles were screaming, refusing to do further. After two minutes of mental converstaion, subject reported that his arm agreed to further exercise for "muscle conditioning for the future."

Experiment 07/05-009KO

Subject: D-33712 (26 y.o. male)
Content: Subject instructed to perform extreme exercise. Subject fainted after completing 58 push-ups. He reported losing communication with the arm and protests from organs, particularly the heart. Subject reported occasional defiance of commands by organs after this experiment, stating that his arm muscles feel mad at him.

Experiment 08/12-009KO

Subject: Subject: D-27886 (49 y.o. male)
Content: Subject instructed to command his heart to stop beating. Subject initially refused but eventually complied. Heart initially interpreted the command as a mean joke. However, after repeated commands, the heart increased the beating rate in defiance. Subject experienced a temporary fainting due to extreme hypertension, but recovered after an hour.

Experiment 09/16-009KO

Subject: D-31586 (22 y.o. female)
Content: Subject claimed her organs were protesting. She claimed that the organs were requesting acetylcholine secretion (which the organs expressed as "payment") and called for help, to which Researcher ████ ordered her to accept the request. Subject stabilised immediately.

Experiment 09/18-009KO

Subject: D-31586 (22 y.o. female)
Contents: Subject's organs requested additional payment of acetylcholine. She was ordered to comply, but her spine refused the request due to health concerns.

Experiment 15/11-009KO

Subject: Tissue cells from a 27 y.o. male
Content: Infection was confirmed 7 minutes after injection. Observation revealed confused cell movements when nutrient supply was withheld, stabilising upon reintroduction. Researchers analysed these movements as indicative of nutrient demand.

Experiment 19/01-009KO

Subject: Cancerous tissue from a 46 y.o. female
Content: Infection was confirmed 2 minutes after injection. Despite continuous nutrient supply, unstable movements persisted. The subject was incinerated.

Experiment 10/16-009KO

Subject: D-25997 (25 y.o. male)
Content: Subject informed researchers of communications received by their nervous tissues. The reports suggested that instructions were given to organs for dopamine secretion but were refused, prompting a request for intervention. Ordered constant monitoring.

Experiment 10/17-009KO

Subject: D-25997 (25 y.o. male)
Content: Conflict arose between the subject's nervous tissues and other organs. Organs declared cessation of nutrient absorption, while nervous tissues threatened to cease melatonin secretion. The organs' declaration appears to have been carried out, proved by the same food intake and defecation weight. Subject entered a brain-deep sleep upon receiving instructions to reconcile, waking after 16 hours, claiming to have negotiated and reconciled organs' differences in a dream.

Experiment 11/01-009KO

Subject: D-49901 (24 y.o. female)
Content: SCP-009-KO injected into subjects showing initial symptoms of typhlitis appendicitis. Subjects caecum reported that it constantly requested "dispatch" (quoted from the organ) of white blood cells, but they could not arrive due to blockage of the appendix. Following the Researcher's orders, subject instructed the white blood cells to move the lump blocking the area to the colon via phagocytosis, which has been conveyed to the immune system. Subsequent overproduction of white blood cells was observed. After the transportation, most white blood cells moved to the liver and spleen to be disintegrated. Appendicitis was cured in a week.

Experiment 09/22-009KO

Subject: D-31586 (22 y.o. female)
Content: Subject collapsed under stress from organs' protests against perceived mistreatment. She claimed that she collapsed after the nervous system agreed on an 'ultimatum' formed by the organs. All organ cells are currently being replaced. Ongoing research investigates how nervous tissue commands solely influence such changes.

Experiment 03/20-009KO

Subject: D-20639 (38 y.o. male)
Content: Subject claimed that the liver showed anger against the spinal cord. The liver explained that it requested rest to the spine but was refused, which made him angry. The subject requested that the liver understand the increased seasonal workload of white blood cells, which the liver accepted.

Experiment 07/19-009KO

Subject: D-33712 (26 y.o. male)
Content: The medulla uncovered the stomach embezzling melatonin, proving that certain parts of the brain are also affected by SCP-009-KO. Subsequent questioning followed. In a 'trial' held while the subject was sleeping, organs defended the stomach, claiming it had recently been overworked, while the nervous system vehemently claimed a full replacement of the stomach cells. The subject decided it would give one last chance to the stomach, giving a vacation to the stomach, only eating oatmeal for a day.

Experiment 07/19-009KO

Subject: D-27886 (59 y.o. male)
Content: One of the subject's incisors 'retired'. Organs were excited about the news, as the nervous system provided extra serotonin as congratulations. The next day, the nervous system commanded the endocrine system to reduce serotonin production to prevent overexcitement.

Experiment 09/36-009KO

Subject: D-31586 (22 y.o. female)
Content: Following the overused "ultimatum", organs began to necrose. Nothing happened despite forceful injections of nutrients. Subject tried to persuade them, but to no avail. The subject died eight hours later.

Experiment 07/29-009KO

Subject: D-33712 (26 y.o. male)
Content: Subject's inadequacy in dealing with the organs' constant melatonin embezzlement, the spinal cord initiated a coup. After five hours of unidentified biological interactions in the subject's sleep, the brain and spinal cord tissues swapped places. The subject retained previous memories but became colder and stricter than his previously indecisive self.

Experiment 03/41-009KO

Subject: D-20639 (38 y.o. male)
Content: Ordered subject's kidney to sing. For 20 seconds, faint vibrations were detected on his side, followed by coughing. After calming down, the subject was questioned about what happened, and he said that the lung couldn't bear the kidney's song as it was so horrible. The lungs and kidneys grew hateful to each other after this experiment.

Experiment 03/42-009KO

Subject: D-20639 (38 y.o. male)
Content: Subject's shoulder suddenly stopped moving. Subject was very startled. The shoulder apologised, saying it 'dozed off', and started working again. Subject claimed shoulder strain.

Experiment 25/01-009KO

Subject: Male in 40s with brain cancer
Content: Subject claimed that organs tried to 'dethrone' him. Organs did not trust the subject's decision, sometimes downright disobeying it. Even nervous tissue, such as the spinal cord, was more frequently used to make autonomous decisions. As the cancer progressed, similar interactions to Experiment 07/29-009KO occurred, replacing the brain cells with the spinal cord cells. Original brain cells seem to have disappeared. The liver cells have differentiated into nervous cells, replacing the spinal cord.
