Carroboscis are floating carrot enemies in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. They reside in Booster Pass, the entryway to Booster Tower and are fairly strong. Carroboscis are only seen with Spikesters or Lakitus, and never fight on their own. In a fight, a Carroboscis will jump towards the opponent and flash its green eyes, causing damage. It can also summon magical bells to attack intruders with musical spells while using Doom Reverb, Spore Chimes, and Scarecrow Bell.
A white variant based on daikons, named Radish, was originally going to appear in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, but was cut from the game. It also had the same health points as Carroboscis, though it lacked magic attacks.

- One of Dr. Topper's quiz questions refers to Carroboscis. In the original, it is "What did Carroboscis turn into?", while in the remake, it is "What did Carroboscis used to be?". In both cases, the correct answer is "a carrot"; the former version's question is likely a mistranslation.
