Wikikamus atau Wiktionary (portmanteau dari "wiki" dan "dictionary") adalah sebuah proyek untuk membuat kamus dengan konten terbuka dalam semua bahasa. Wiktionary yang pertama adalah Wiktionary bahasa Inggris, dibuat oleh Brion Vibber pada 22 Desember 2002. Wiktionary bahasa Prancis dan Polandia kemudian mengikuti setahun kemudian pada 22 Maret 2004. Pada 1 Mei 2004, Tim Starling memulai Wiktionary di setiap bahasa yang memiliki Wikipedia, menghasilkan 143 Wiktionary baru. The page "Requests for Wiktionary permissions" was created on May 2 so that stewards could deal with increase in permission requests by users needing administrator access on these new projects. This was later merged with "Requests for permissions".
