Please describe the kind of cross wiki abusive activity you see from the IP or account. Saying an IP or account is a long term abuser is not helpful, but saying "IP vandalizes at ban.wikipedia, no.wikipedia and vi.wikipedia" is. This is especially important for range blocks. If you do not provide enough details, your request might be declined.

Warning! This is not the place to ask for locks based on your opinion that someone is disruptive. Global locks are used exclusively against vandalism and spam, not because of content disputes, not because you think that someone deserves to be globally blocked. In such cases, you should ask for local blocks at appropriate places.

Please describe abusive activity of an account before reporting them here. Since stewards are often not active at projects the reported accounts are, things that seem obvious to you may not be equally obvious to the reviewing steward.

Please help for Képészmérnök. His message from talk page: "I would like to request an exemption from IP blocking based on the following reason: The block was made by ‪Xaosflux‬. The reason given is Open proxy/Webhost: See the help page if you are affected: ZSCALER_PROXY (DATACENTER). Start of block: 2024. június 17., 17:47 Expiry of block: 2026. június 17., 17:47 Your current IP address is 136.226.199.93. The blocked range is 136.226.0.0/16. I use a company computer with a company network, where I can only use software and settings validated by the system administrator organization (only Win11, only Chrome). Zscaler is set by the organization, I can't change it. I only edit on huwiki, I've been organizing and patrolling pictures for years. I've never been blocked. It is not a risk if I get an IP block exemption for my username, because anons can no longer edit from behind the anonymizing proxy. I would have asked for support on huwiki for this request, but unfortunately I can't edit the discussion pages either. Thank you in advance for your favorable assessment."
