Let it die a well deserved death, smothering under the deadening weight of its own trite "humor". (Hmmmm... This sounds harsh, perhaps I'm overstating it a bit.) But note that there is a sentence fragment in the article which is worth preserving, IMNSHO: '"whose coat is that jacket?", "see those two houses over there? Mine's the one in the middle", "shut up when you're talking to me" and "I'll do it in a minute now"'. 1. Mark as historical. The main function of this used to be voting on sysops, but that got moved to the forums, and the other function, voting on sandwiches, doesn't seem that popular. 1. Sarah brought this to my attention when she replaced it with statements to the effect that you should not cut your wrists but rather get help and that this is a disturbing website. I've told her on her talk page that you don't blank pages like that, but now that I've really read the article I don't think it's so great.   It has nothing to do with Tyson being black. There's this video - linked in the corner star of the article - where a kid applies physics to My Little Pony in a presentation for school. He tries to explain how Applejack can sling Rainbow Dash across town on the catapult when her supposed weight doesn't carry enough momentum to do so, concluding that maybe she's made of dark matter. Hence, this weird concoction I made with BUTT POOP!!!!, apples and someone named Tyson. If anything, this satires the MLP fandom's penchant for memes, parodies and remixing, something very relatable to Uncyclopedia. See: Know Your Meme. ("The usage is therefore similar to how the phrase a wizard did it is used in other fandoms.")
  Plus, putting a mask of science on a little girls' cartoon and something so stupid as BUTT POOP!!!! has to be funny by some angle, right?   Ah I see, that is a funny-sounding incident. The way you wrote the article, though...I'm afraid this won't sound right, but you'd never know what it was about from reading the article, and it's short enough that a casual reader just assumes it's empty; I think it would work all right if there were a decent amount of text to go with it, an article in the usual sense, but as it is, I don't think it's a good plan. See, I can't quite get myself to see it as putting a mask of science on it, because...well, there just isn't that much to the article. • The first version was pretty reasonable if a bit short. Rather than delete it, I'd say rewind it right back to the version initially created by some IP, before Abbot Vesuvius screwed it up. Then slap an 'Under Construction' tag on it, and see if anyone can think of a few more paragraphs of stuff that's actually funny to flesh it out. 2. I've mostly reverted to a better version for the benefit of anyone who thinks it might be salvageable. I still don't think this is worth saving, though, except for these sentences in the intro: 'Cockroaches have been the only documented mammals known to be immune to radioactivity. Thus, cockroaches have been planning war on humanity for a total of 20 years running.' and the text in the Survival section: 'Along with Keith Richards, cockroaches are known for surviving atomic bombs but not surviving a human foot. They can also survive up to around about a week headless. After one week the head regenerates. However, the roach's personality is lost, often leading to broken homes and alcoholism, and, if the cockroach suffocates during that time, it actually explodes. Or is that termites?'. • FWIW I've read (not on Uncyclopedia) that cockroaches are actually highly nutritious, with the only drawback being that they taste kind of awful, so you need to use a lot of spices and such to flavor them up. This has been proposed as a solution to the roach overpopulation problem that plagues most cities: Just eat 'em. (Idea never seemed to acquire any legs, not sure why.)
