Excel du pack office faisait les importations des documents CSV en ISO8859-1.

BOM « if anyone is still having this problem, the solution is to add the Byte order mark at the top of the file (utf8 with signature) as described here: http://kwizcom.blogspot.com/2007/05/utf-8-with-signature.html »
txt « rename the .csv to .txt then open in Excel and it gives you the dialog to select UTF-8. Works in Office 7. »
