En tout cas il y a l'extension d'origine https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/firefox-translations/

NB :

A CPU that supports SSE4.1 extensions is required

Par ailleurs le changelog de l'extension du 20 juillet dit :

In-page functionality of the addon is replaced by the built-in Firefox integration.

Sinon la fonction était dans Firefox 117 beta apparemment et fonctionnait ainsi :

When you visit a website that is not in your default language, Firefox will show a pop-up that offers to translate the web page for you, you just need to click on the Translate button and let the browser do the rest.

Et on devrait avoir un paragraphe Traductions dans Paramètres > Général ce qui n'est pas mon cas
