We accept applications from public institutions, schools, and other organizations involved in international exchange, international cooperation, and support for foreigners, but there are some cases where we cannot accept applications. Important points to note when making a request

• As a general rule, we ask that you submit an activity request form when making a request, and an activity report after the activity is completed.
• The client is responsible for covering the actual costs of the activity, such as transportation, meals, admission fees, etc. Please discuss and confirm with the association regarding the actual costs of meals, etc., during homestays and home visits.
