About the Aichi International Association
Association overview
The Aichi International Association is a public interest incorporated foundation that works to realize multicultural coexistence by supporting foreign residents of the prefecture, promoting international exchange, and disseminating lifestyle information in multiple languages. By collaborating with the government, local communities, and international organizations, we aim to create a society where everyone can live in peace.
About the Aichi International Association
The Aichi International Association, a public interest incorporated foundation, was established with the aim of promoting friendship and mutual understanding with other countries, internationalization of the region, and international exchange involving the participation of the prefecture's residents.
In August 1994, the Aichi Prefectural Governor certified the organization as a "Specified Public Interest Promotion Corporation."
Furthermore, the Aichi International Plaza opened in June 1997 and has been used by many people as a base for international exchange.

Municipalities, municipal international exchange associations, NPOs, and NGOs will play their respective roles to promote international exchange and cooperation activities, provide support for these activities, and provide venues for them, with the aim of creating a community where prefectural residents can accept diverse cultures and values and take the initiative in their activities.
