Space for Interaction and cultural exchange on Hongo campus

1. About Go Global Center Space
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Go Global Center Student Plaza is temporarily closed.(Updated 2020年3月24日)

・General Use: 9:30-17:00. No reservation necessary.
・Exclusive Use: Reservation necessary to use the below half of the Plaza.

[2]Multipurpose Room: Not available for general use. Reservation necessary.

・Within 4 hours from 9:30 to 17:00 on weekdays. (Except for Saturday, Sunday, National holidays, New Year holidays, and school holidays.)

・About 30 chairs, 10 tables, 1 whiteboard

To borrow an item below, please apply at Student Life Team, International Student Suppot Group located in Go Global Center. (Student/Faculty/Staff ID necessary)

3. How to book a space
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Go Global Center Student Plaza is temporarily closed.(Updated 2020年3月24日)
Application can be made from one month prior to the requested date of use.
Please read carefully “Rules for Use”[PDF] (amended April 17, 2019) and submit the application form[EXCEL] at International Support Group in Go Global Center (Faculty of Science Bldg. 1 [East], Hongo Campus)
from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

4. Notes
-Please check the availability of the rooms before you submit your form.
-It takes approximately 5-10 business days until you receive the screening result.
